A complete vacuum forming solution
FORMART 2 is designed to make vacuum forming as easy as possible. The built-in vacuum pump means theres no need for external equipment, and the large work area gives you plenty of space for creative projects, from small prototypes to larger moulds.
Smart features for smooth operation
Several built-in functions make the process more efficient. The automatic mould release system blows cooling air after forming, making it easier to remove your object. The vacuum sensor detects the suction force in real time, ensuring consistent pressure. There’s also automatic material detection—the machine scans the QR code on MY YARD plastic sheets and instantly loads the correct settings.
Faster heating and cooling
With its industrial-grade heating system, FORMART 2 heats up three times faster than standard vacuum formers. Even heating improves forming quality and allows for more material options. The dual cooling fans help speed up the cooling process, so you can work more efficiently.
Designed for flexibility
Whether you’re using MY YARD sheets or third-party materials, FORMART 2 has you covered. The built-in material database supports various plastic types and lets you save up to five custom settings. The unique dehumidifying function removes moisture from the plastic sheet, preventing air bubbles and defects.
What’s in the box?
The FORMART 2 comes in two packages, with assembly instructions included. The first box contains the bottom unit, top frame, forming bed, and size-adjusting kit, while the second box includes the stainless tubes and top unit.
