Fully automatic calibration
A1 mini handles various calibrations all by itself. It automatically and carefully calibrates the Z offset, bed height, vibration resonance and nozzle pressure for EVERY print job.
Auto Z offset
A1 mini probes the bed with the nozzle to measure the absolute Z offset. There is no need to stick a paper for reference.
Automatic vibration calibration
The A1 mini has sensors in the tool head and in the heating bed. One of the first bed sling printers with automatic resonance calibration on both X and Y axes.
Auto Flow Dynamics
A1 mini is the first device of its kind to run the nozzle pressure-based fluid dynamics calibration algorithm. There is no need to draw a pattern or make manual selection, A1 mini does the Pressure Advanced calibration automatically.
Car belt tension
A1 mini can check belt tension automatically through vibration frequency calibration. If the belt is loose, the HMS system will alert you to use the automatic belt tensioner to adjust the belt to the correct tension.
